Volume tier kicks in at 2 000 fittings. Below that, the Estate rate applies. Above 10 000, custom contract.

Questions about money.

Is the hardware really included?
Yes. We ship the sensor nodes and the base hub at no upfront cost. We retain ownership of the hardware (it's an operational lease, technically); if you ever leave, we recover it. If a unit fails in service, we replace it under SLA.
What about installation?
Either you bring your own M&E contractor (we provide installation docs + portal credentials), or we'll do it. The first-fit visit is included on Estate and Service Provider tiers; on Single Building it's quoted separately, typically £40–80 per fitting.
Minimum term?
12 months on Single Building (one annual cycle), 36 months on Estate, custom on Service Provider. We don't lock anyone in beyond the term they signed up for.
What's not included?
Replacement of the emergency luminaire itself or its battery (those are your assets); deep-clean / structural fixes triggered by a fail; out-of-spec installations where the LoRa signal can't reach the base (we'd recommend a second base in that case, included).
Are there extras I might want?
Optional: white-label certificate (Service Provider tier), API access (£200/month flat), single sign-on with your existing IdP (free on Estate+).
